Return Policy
Incomplete/ Damaged Returns:
Most of rented phones are returned in great shape and we appreciate the care
taken by you.
However, due to accidents or negligence, some of our customers return phones
without all the original parts and pieces. Replacing these damaged or lost
accessories may damage the handset which may cause permanent damage to handset.
Replacing these missing or damaged items is also an expensive and
time-consuming process for us.
The following list details the replacement costs that will be charged for
missing or defaced parts:

Note
Proof of Handset damaged:- Reliance shall have sole discretion
in determining whether a returned handset is damaged either fully or partially
and such determination by Reliance shall be binding on the customer.
